Simple-complex tool and gage making projects. Able to fabricate from start to finish any gage / fixture using any piece of tool room equipment efficiently & trouble shoot or repair fixtures or gages Working from blueprints, drawings, process documents, and using a wide variety of tools, gages, jigs, and measuring equipment, audits product at various stages of the manufacturing process. Operate simple conventional machines; make adjustments, change tools, etc., as required.
Perform change over as required.Develops, records, analyzes, and interprets SPC charts and data and initiates and/or takes corrective actions necessary to return process to control.
Qualifies as required production for compliance to engineering and quality specifications.
Qualifications: High School diploma or general degree (GED); or zero to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Shop Math / Blueprint reading, must be able to calculate metric and standard measurements and interpret. SPC.
Production Supervisor Mini Shift ��� Three years as a supervisor (20-35 employees) in a metal working environment.
��� Bachelors��� degree in business or two year technical degree in Engineering or Machine Tool.

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer This is an opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC machining experience. This experience must include design of machining processes, selection of tooling, feeds, and speeds; fixture conceptualization, and creation of process documentation (e.g. operation sheets). The incumbent calculates production, labor and material costs; reviews production schedules and estimates future capital requirements. Seeking an individual with the ability to identify new manufacturing technologies appropriate to support lead time and cost reductions and support the overall Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or ME degree or B.S. with concentration of coursework in Industrial Engineering. No less than (8) years experience as a ME with machining and assembly processing experience. Knowledge concerning mechanical principles, machining practices, properties of metals and the application of mathematics and dimensions to create part processes.
