Responsible for systems analysis, programming, and software administration and support as part of the management of Business Applications. Under the direction of the Manager of Business Services, assists in the maintenance and development of all formal software application programs within the company, including but not limited to the ERP system, the PLM, the document management system and quality systems and other miscellaneous applications. Assists in the administration of various databases and the operating system for the Business Software Application.
��� A bachelor���s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
��� Knowledge of developing portal website solutions for database applications.
��� Ability to perform systems analysis, programming, application testing, maintenance of documentation, and implementation of systems with minimal supervision.
��� Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
��� Knowledge of Manufacturing Business Systems such as MRP, PLM, and BI tools; preferably QAD MFG Pro, Windchill PDMLink, Cebos and Cognos BI.
Responsible for providing management and the Board of Directors with relevant financial data necessary for budgetary and financial decisions. Oversees the operation and management of the Accounting Department activities and staff.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
��� B. S. degree in Finance of Accounting (CPA certified).
��� MBA degree preferred.
��� Eight (8) - ten (10) years experience ideally gained through increasing responsible management position within Finance.
��� A minimum of two (2) years recent experience as a Controller with responsibility for accounts, budgeting, cost accounting, credit and collections, and finance. Preferably annual sales of $25 million to $40 million.
��� Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems, well-developed financial analysis capabilities, and demonstrated ability to manage microcomputer operations and applications.
��� Sound administrative skills. Well-developed management skills - principles and people.
