  • Tool & Gage Technician
Simple-complex tool and gage making projects. Able to fabricate from start to finish any gage / fixture using any piece of tool room equipment efficiently & trouble shoot or repair fixtures or gages


  • QA Technician
Working from blueprints, drawings, process documents, and using a wide variety of tools, gages, jigs, and measuring equipment, audits product at various stages of the manufacturing process.


  • Surface Finish Operator / 2nd Shift
Interprets basic drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets to determine work to be done for the treatment of production parts. Degreases parts and cleans them by hand or machine blasting to eliminate all oxides. Processes parts installed on racks in degreasing chromium baths, phosphating neutralization baths and oiling and/or rinse tank. If required, operates oven for hydrogen em-brittlement relief. Gage barrels for bore and rifling on air column gages. Maintains specified temperature of baths Sets up controls and regulates plating equipment to coat metal parts with protective chromium. May replace anodes and cathodes of chrome plating equipment. Check plating process using chemical tests and sensitive instruments, including micrometers, calipers and permascope.


  • Production Supervisor Mini Shift
��� Three years as a supervisor (20-35 employees) in a metal working environment. ��� Bachelors��� degree in business or two year technical degree in Engineering or Machine Tool. ��� Total exposure to a total quality environment and familiar with ISO 9000 standards.


  • Quality Engineer I/II
���BSME or related field is desired ���3-5 years manufacturing experience in precision machining ���Well-versed in modern quality assurance techniques ���Must operate well in team environment ���Black Belt certification preferred ���Lean Manufacturing certification/formal training preferred ���Performs all quality-related duties to support manufacturing to include Print Review, Quality Assurance Plans, First Articles, Capability Studies, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Corrective Action Analysis. ���Proficient with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. ���Well developed written and oral communication skills ���Experienced in Continuous Improvement activities to include Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.


  • Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
This is an opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC machining experience. This experience must include design of machining processes, selection of tooling, feeds, and speeds; fixture conceptualization, and creation of process documentation (e.g. operation sheets). The incumbent calculates production, labor and material costs; reviews production schedules and estimates future capital requirements. Seeking an individual with the ability to identify new manufacturing technologies appropriate to support lead time and cost reductions and support the overall Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives. B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or ME degree or B.S. with concentration of coursework in Industrial Engineering. No less than (8) years experience as a ME with machining and assembly processing experience. Knowledge concerning mechanical principles, machining practices, properties of metals and the application of mathematics and dimensions to create part processes.


  • Business Applications Developer
The Business Applications Developer will collaborate with business and project stakeholders to analyze technical needs and develop solutions that lead to more effective business operations. Responsible for systems analysis, programming, and software administration and support as part of the management of Business Applications. Under the direction of the Manager of Business Services, assists in the maintenance and development of all formal software application programs within the company, including but not limited to the ERP system, the PLM, the document management system and quality systems and other miscellaneous applications. Assists in the administration of various databases and the operating system for the Business Software Application. ��� A bachelor���s degree in Information Systems or equivalent. ��� Three or more years of programming experience; working knowledge of SQL, Progress, ASP.NET, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and VBScript preferred. Training and/or certification are acceptable supplements for experience. ��� Knowledge of developing portal website solutions for database applications. ��� Ability to perform systems analysis, programming, application testing, maintenance of documentation, and implementation of systems with minimal supervision. ��� Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems. ��� Knowledge of Manufacturing Business Systems such as MRP, PLM, and BI tools; preferably QAD MFG Pro, Windchill PDMLink, Cebos and Cognos BI.


  • Business Intelligence Developer/Administrator
The Business Intelligence Developer will collaborate with business and project stakeholders to analyze technical needs and develop solutions that lead to more effective business operations.   • PC Technician / Temp
Temporary position / approximately four (4) months. Basic PC support: PC and printer moves , setup, debugging and possible CAT5 wiring.
