• Implementing Lean Principles and Methods
• Measuring and verifying improvements based on ongoing financial analysis
• Sustaining resulting improvements through standardization and training, and
• Continuously improving through plant-wide Lean integration 

A company’s “Culture” is the way that company does business.  FNM’s Culture is based on LEAN Philosophies of Continuous Improvement, Zero Waste, One Piece Flow, Pull vs Push, and always looks for the Abnormal.

Developing and improving our LEAN Tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Visual Management, TPM, Load Balancing, ….. and our most important asset, our dedicated work force, allows us to be a leader in Quality, Cost and Delivery.
